UPDATE 5:00pm ET – Aubrey gets the vengeance on her long-time boyfriend after he was caught watching a twisted tea video of her having sex with a man.
Aubrey, 34, was out with friends and a guy went up to her and started to have sex with her, a video of which went viral.
Aubry posted the video to Instagram last week and now she has gone to jail for violating probation and threatening her boyfriend.
Aubries boyfriend, Michael G. Evans, 22, pleaded guilty to stalking and has agreed to a three-year jail sentence.
Aubreys Facebook page has been flooded with death threats and a barrage of comments from people who claim she has taken revenge on the boyfriend by filming him with her phone and making videos of his sex act with another man.
She also wrote that he threatened to sue her, and said she was going to do it to get revenge on him.
She posted a video to Facebook of herself with the phone in her hand, and showed the man her phone as a threat to his life.
“I know you are a horrible person.
I don’t know what you think of me, but you better watch out.
I’ll make sure you get what you deserve.
You’ll be ashamed of yourself,” she said in the video.
Evans pleaded guilty and is serving three years in prison.
A judge sentenced Evans to two years and nine months in prison and ordered him to have no contact with Aubrey or the victim, but he could have been released on probation.
Aubrey Jones is accused of filming a man having sex in a video on her phone, causing him to file a complaint.
“I’m sorry, but it’s your phone and you’re going to get all of it.
And you know what, you’re right.
You know what’s happening,” Aubrey said in a separate video that went viral last month.
Aubries boyfriend, who was arrested in February for allegedly stalking Aubrey and threatening to sue, was sentenced to a year in jail in April.
